Send us the make, model and year and we will come back with coverage options and an itemised price, usually within the hour. Or drive in for a free inspection; the ramp is a better guide than any web page.

  • Usually replies within the hour
  • Free inspection, no obligation
  • No deposit on standard bookings

Which channel to use

Four ways in. They reach the same team at the same workshop. The difference is only how quickly you get an answer and how much detail you can send.

  • WhatsApp: fastest

Best for a quote. Send the make, model and year, plus a couple of photographs of the car, and you will usually have coverage options and a price back within the hour during opening times.

  • Phone: for a conversation

Best when you want to talk something through: whether film is worth it on a repainted panel, what partial coverage actually covers, how long you will be without the car.

  • Email: for detail

Best for fleet enquiries, insurance or corporate paperwork, and anything with attachments. Answered within one working day.

  • Walk in: no appointment

Best for a decision. A technician inspects the paint on the ramp and gives you a written itemised estimate before anything is agreed. The inspection is free and takes about twenty minutes.

There is no form on this site, deliberately

Nothing here asks you to type your details into a box and wait. Every enquiry goes straight to the people who will actually work on the car. It also means this website never collects your personal data. See the privacy policy if you want the detail.

What to send so the quote is accurate

A quote is only as good as what it is based on. Five things get you a firm number instead of a range:

  • Make, model and year. Film is cut from a template for a specific car; the year matters because a facelift changes the panels.
  • The coverage you have in mind: full body, front end, or "tell me what you would do".
  • Two or three photographs in daylight: the front three-quarter, the bonnet, and any panel you are worried about.
  • Anything already done to the paint: a respray, a repair, an existing coating. It changes the preparation, and we would rather know now than find it on the ramp.
  • When you need the car back. Turnaround runs from an hour or two for headlight film to two or three working days for a full body.

What happens after you get in touch

  1. We confirm the vehicle and the coverage

We check the film grade and cut template against your make, model and year, and tell you what we would recommend and why, including when the cheaper option is the right one.

  2. You get a written, itemised estimate

Film grade, panels covered, turnaround and price. Decontamination, edge wrapping and heat curing are inside that number. Paint correction, if it is needed, is quoted separately and never started without your approval.

  3. We book a bay and a date

A slot is only reserved once we have confirmed it to you in writing. If we need to move it, you hear from us as soon as we know, and it costs you nothing.

  4. The car is inspected and photographed on arrival

Paint condition recorded panel by panel before film touches it. Anything we find is put to you in writing before work begins.

  5. Installation, walkaround and handover

You walk the finished car with the technician before you pay, and leave with a serial-numbered warranty certificate and written aftercare instructions.

How long you will be without the car

Indicative timings for a vehicle in normal condition, with film in stock. Paint correction adds to all of them.

ServiceTypical time in the workshop
Headlight and fog lens film1 to 2 hours
Rocker panels2 to 3 hours
Partial front-end4 to 6 hours
Full body2 to 3 working days

Same-day work is usually possible for headlight and rocker panel film, subject to a free bay. Free pick-up and delivery is available across Abu Dhabi if dropping the car off yourself is awkward.

The bay your car will be in

  • A car in the enclosed installation bay at Zenfo Auto Services
  • A technician working on a door panel at the Zenfo Auto Services workshop
  • Vehicles in for paint protection film at the Zenfo Auto Services workshop
  • A technician working on a wheel arch at the Zenfo Auto Services workshop

Enclosed and climate-controlled, in Musaffah M9. Film fitted in an open yard traps dust, which is why we do not offer mobile installation.

Frequently Asked Questions About Booking PPF at Zenfo Auto Services

It depends on the coverage. Headlight and fog lens film takes 1 to 2 hours. Rocker panels take 2 to 3 hours. A partial front-end takes 4 to 6 hours. A full body is 2 to 3 working days.

Those are times for a vehicle in normal condition with film in stock. Paint correction adds to all of them, and we will tell you before work starts if your car needs it rather than at collection.

Yes. Every job begins with a written, itemised estimate stating the film grade, the panels covered, the turnaround and the price. Decontamination, edge wrapping and heat curing are included in that figure, and they are never added afterwards.

Paint correction is the one thing quoted separately, and it is never started without your approval in writing.

Usually, for headlight film and rocker panels, subject to a free bay when you call. A partial front-end needs at least half a day, and a full body needs the car for 2 to 3 working days.

If you need the car back by a particular time, say so when you enquire and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible rather than finding out on the day.

Daily-driven sedans, SUVs and crossovers; performance and sports cars including BMW M, Audi RS, Mercedes-AMG, Nissan GT-R and Porsche; and ultra-luxury vehicles including Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini and Ferrari.

Film is computer-cut from a template for your specific make, model and year. Where a template does not exist for an unusual variant, we will tell you before you book and explain how coverage would be achieved instead.

Two things: the film manufacturer’s warranty against material defects such as yellowing, cracking, peeling and delamination, and our own warranty on the workmanship of the installation.

The term that applies to your vehicle is printed on the warranty certificate issued at handover, which carries the film’s serial number so a claim can be verified years later. Terms differ by film grade, and where anything on this site differs from your certificate, the certificate governs. The full conditions are in our terms and conditions.

No. We do not take deposits for standard PPF installation bookings. Payment falls due when you collect the vehicle, and we accept cash, credit card, debit card and bank transfer.

Cancelling or rescheduling more than 24 hours before your appointment costs nothing. Inside 24 hours a late-cancellation fee may apply, because the film has usually already been cut to your car and cannot be used on another.
