The terms governing all paint protection film supply, installation, warranty, and aftercare services provided by 800Sayara through paintprotectionfilm.ae.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing paintprotectionfilm.ae, submitting a booking request, or using any service provided by 800Sayara constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Users who do not accept these terms must discontinue use of paintprotectionfilm.ae immediately.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all paint protection film services provided by 800Sayara, including full body PPF installation, partial front-end PPF, rocker panel film, headlight film, ceramic-coated PPF, and track pack PPF for performance vehicles across Abu Dhabi and Dubai service locations.

800Sayara reserves the right to refuse service to any user who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct that endangers 800Sayara personnel, third parties, or property at either the Abu Dhabi or Dubai service location.

2. Services Provided by 800Sayara

800Sayara provides 6 paint protection film services across Abu Dhabi and Dubai locations, subject to the conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions.

Full Body PPF Installation

800Sayara installs full body paint protection film covering the bonnet, roof, doors, bumpers, fenders, and mirrors using TPU-grade film in gloss or matte finish. Full body installation includes computer-cut film panels, edge wrapping behind all exposed panel lips, full surface decontamination, paint correction where required, and heat-cured adhesion. A manufacturer-backed warranty is issued at vehicle handover.

Partial Front-End PPF Installation

800Sayara installs partial front-end paint protection film covering the bonnet, front bumper, side mirrors, and door leading edges. Partial installation uses computer-cut TPU film panels matched to the vehicle’s make and model from the 800Sayara film-cut template library. Partial coverage protects the highest-impact zones on Abu Dhabi and Dubai motorway vehicles.

Rocker Panel PPF Installation

800Sayara installs high-impact TPU film on lower door sills and rocker panels. Rocker panel film protects against stone chips, gravel impact, and abrasion on panels exposed to road debris at motorway speeds on Sheikh Zayed Road, E11, and Abu Dhabi motorway networks.

Headlight PPF Installation

800Sayara installs optically clear TPU film across full headlight and fog light lens surfaces. Headlight film prevents UV yellowing, stone chip cracking, and surface hazing on headlight lenses. Headlight film installation does not affect headlight beam output, light distribution, or lens optical clarity.

Ceramic-Coated PPF Installation

800Sayara installs 8-mil TPU base film with a factory-applied SiO2 ceramic top coat. Ceramic-coated PPF combines physical stone chip protection with hydrophobic ceramic coating properties. Water contact angle on ceramic-coated PPF exceeds 110 degrees. Ceramic-coated PPF carries a 7-year manufacturer-backed warranty.

Track Pack PPF for Performance Vehicles

800Sayara installs 10-mil TPU track pack film on high-impact zones of performance and sports vehicles, including BMW M-Series, Audi RS, Mercedes-AMG, Nissan GT-R, Porsche, Lamborghini, and Ferrari. Track pack coverage includes the full bonnet, front bumper, side skirts, and rear diffuser. Track pack film is selected for vehicles exposed to elevated stone chip risk from track driving and high-speed Abu Dhabi and Dubai motorway use.

3. Booking and Order Process

800Sayara processes PPF installation bookings through 2 channels: the paintprotectionfilm.ae online booking and quote request form, and direct contact via info@paintprotectionfilm.ae. Both channels follow the same 4-step booking process.

Vehicle and Film Specification Confirmation

800Sayara confirms the correct PPF service type, film grade, and coverage area from the vehicle’s make, model, and year at the time of booking. Customers are required to provide accurate vehicle information. 800Sayara is not liable for incorrect film specifications, misaligned panel cuts, or coverage gaps resulting from inaccurate vehicle information provided by the customer.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from 800Sayara via email to the address provided by the customer. Film availability and installation slot availability are subject to scheduling capacity at the Abu Dhabi or Dubai service location selected. 800Sayara contacts the customer immediately if the required film grade or installation slot is unavailable for the requested date.

Vehicle Condition Assessment

800Sayara technicians perform a full paint condition assessment on vehicle arrival at the Abu Dhabi or Dubai service location. Paint correction is performed before film application on panels with swirl marks, oxidation, or surface defects. Customers are informed of paint correction requirements before work begins. Paint correction is charged separately from the PPF installation price where required.

Location Requirements

All PPF installations are performed at 800Sayara’s enclosed, climate-controlled service locations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Mobile installation at customer locations is not provided. Customers deliver the vehicle to the confirmed service location at the agreed appointment time. 800Sayara is not liable for delays caused by late vehicle delivery or inaccurate appointment attendance.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Pricing Transparency

Written Estimate Guarantee

The price confirmed in the written itemized estimate issued by 800Sayara before work begins is the final invoiced amount for the PPF installation. 800Sayara does not apply additional charges for decontamination wash, clay bar treatment, edge wrapping, or heat curing. These processes are included in all stated installation prices. Paint correction, where required, is quoted separately and confirmed in writing before work proceeds.

Payment Methods

800Sayara accepts payment by cash, credit card, debit card, and bank transfer at the time of vehicle collection following completed installation. Payment is due upon vehicle handover. 800Sayara does not require advance payment deposits for standard PPF installation bookings.

Price Changes

Prices stated on paintprotectionfilm.ae are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed in the written estimate issued before work begins remains valid for the duration of the booked installation. Bookings rescheduled by the customer to a later date are subject to the price applicable at the time of the rescheduled installation.

5. Warranty Terms

Every PPF installation completed by 800Sayara carries a manufacturer-backed film warranty, subject to the conditions stated in this section.

Warranty Coverage

The 800Sayara manufacturer-backed warranty covers defects in PPF film materials and manufacturing under normal operating conditions, including yellowing, cracking, peeling, and delamination. Defective film is replaced at zero film material cost at the 800Sayara Abu Dhabi or Dubai service location within the applicable warranty period. Standard TPU film carries a 5-year warranty. Ceramic-coated PPF carries a 7-year warranty. Written warranty documentation is issued at vehicle handover from the Abu Dhabi or Dubai service location.

Warranty Exclusions

The 800Sayara manufacturer-backed PPF warranty does not cover film failure or damage resulting from 6 conditions:

1. Physical damage caused by accident, collision, fire, flooding, sharp impact, or deliberate abrasion after installation
2. Film lifting, edge peeling, or adhesion failure caused by automatic car wash systems using rotating brushes or high-pressure edge jets
3. Film damage caused by improper aftercare, including use of solvent-based cleaners, abrasive polishing compounds, or steam cleaning applied directly to film edges
4. Film yellowing or degradation caused by unauthorized application of aftermarket ceramic coatings, wax products, or chemical treatments over the film surface without 800Sayara approval
5. Film failure on panels where the customer declined paint correction before installation, resulting in film bonding over contaminated or defective paint surfaces
6. Film removed, modified, or tampered with by parties other than 800Sayara-certified technicians during the warranty period

Warranty Claim Process

Customers submit warranty claims by contacting 800Sayara via email at info@paintprotectionfilm.ae with the warranty certificate number issued at vehicle handover. An 800Sayara technician inspects the film at the Abu Dhabi or Dubai service location to confirm the defect. Film replacement for confirmed warranty claims is completed within 5 business days of defect confirmation, at no film material charge to the customer.

Manufacturer Warranty: The 800Sayara warranty operates in conjunction with the manufacturer warranty provided by the film supplier. Customers submit separate warranty claims directly to the film manufacturer for manufacturing defects extending beyond the 800Sayara service warranty period. The film serial number recorded on the warranty certificate enables verification through the manufacturer’s warranty system.

6. Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability

800Sayara’s total liability to any customer for any claim arising from PPF installation services provided through paintprotectionfilm.ae is limited to the price paid by the customer for the specific installation service that gave rise to the claim.

Exclusion of Consequential Loss

800Sayara is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from PPF installation services, including vehicle rental costs, lost income, towing fees, or secondary paint damage, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UAE Federal Law.

Pre-Existing Paint and Vehicle Defects

800Sayara is not liable for paint defects, clear coat failures, or panel damage caused by pre-existing paint conditions, prior repairs, or non-factory paint applications that are unrelated to the PPF installation performed by 800Sayara technicians.

Important: 800Sayara technicians perform a documented pre-installation paint inspection on every vehicle. If pre-existing paint defects, prior respray panels, or non-standard paint conditions are identified during this inspection, the customer is informed in writing before installation proceeds. 800Sayara is not liable for film adhesion issues arising from pre-existing paint defects disclosed to the customer before installation.

7. Customer Obligations

Customers accept 4 obligations when booking PPF installation services with 800Sayara at Abu Dhabi and Dubai locations.

1. Accurate vehicle information: Customers provide the correct vehicle make, model, year, and registration number to enable accurate film specification matching and computer-cut template preparation.
2. Vehicle delivered in a clean condition: Customers deliver the vehicle with no loose personal items, aftermarket accessories obstructing panel access, or dash cam systems that prevent technician access to interior panel edges.
3. Customer or authorized representative present at handover: Customers or their authorized representative must be present at vehicle collection to review the completed installation, accept the warranty certificate, and authorize payment.
4. Aftercare compliance: Customers follow the 800Sayara PPF aftercare instructions issued at vehicle handover. Non-compliance with aftercare instructions voids the applicable warranty coverage on affected panels.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Customer Cancellation

Customers cancel or reschedule bookings at no charge by contacting 800Sayara via email at info@paintprotectionfilm.ae. Cancellations received more than 24 hours before the confirmed installation appointment incur no cancellation fee.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the confirmed installation appointment are subject to a late cancellation fee equivalent to 10 percent of the quoted installation price. This fee covers film pre-cutting preparation costs and reserved technician time, and is communicated to the customer at the time of booking.

800Sayara Cancellation Rights

800Sayara reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in 3 circumstances: film stock unavailability for the required film grade or thickness, equipment maintenance at the Abu Dhabi or Dubai service location requiring temporary closure, and confirmed force majeure events, including natural disasters or government-declared emergencies. Customers are notified immediately and offered the next available installation slot at no additional charge.

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on paintprotectionfilm.ae, including text, technical specifications, service descriptions, pricing information, installation process descriptions, and imagery, is the intellectual property of 800Sayara or is used under license from authorized film suppliers and content providers.

The 800Sayara name, paintprotectionfilm.ae domain, and all associated service descriptions and content are the exclusive property of 800Sayara. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of any content from paintprotectionfilm.ae is prohibited without the prior written consent of 800Sayara.

Film brand names referenced on paintprotectionfilm.ae, including XPEL and 3M, are registered trademarks of their respective owners. 800Sayara references these trademarks solely to identify the film products installed at its Abu Dhabi and Dubai service locations.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes arising from or relating to PPF installation services provided by 800Sayara through paintprotectionfilm.ae are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

800Sayara encourages customers to raise service complaints directly via email at info@paintprotectionfilm.ae before initiating formal dispute proceedings. 800Sayara resolves all verifiable service complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

11. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

800Sayara updates these Terms and Conditions when changes occur in service offerings, pricing structure, warranty terms, or applicable UAE law. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update.

Continued use of paintprotectionfilm.ae or 800Sayara services following publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not accept revised terms must discontinue use of paintprotectionfilm.ae.
